Head of Operations (Global & US) 11/23 - 03/24

As Head of Operations I ensure DOmedia creates and captures value at all stages of the customer lifecycle.

  • I facilitate all shared service teams supporting DOmedia and BillboardsIn: agency and vendor enterprise support, enterprise account customer success (account management), enterprise ad ops, brand marketing, product marketing, local ad sales, local ad ops, production, design and fulfillment.

  • I led key partnership initiatives to launch BillboardsIn.com in India, Indonesia, Phillipines, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Singapore. This role also required me to cultivate new leaders within the company to backfill my role as business unit owner for BillboardsIn.com

VP Marketing & Marketplace Products 09/20 - 11/23

Served on DOmedia’s leadership team as head of company’s BillboardsIn.com business unit.

  • Trained & managed team of in-house salespeople as well as multiple outsourced teams. Lifted close rate to 1.5% of new user signups. Increased average order value from $3k - $9k. Grew LTV $5k - $16k.

  • Served as primary product manager, designer and user researcher for BillboardsIn.

  • Moved customer experience from 48hr wait for “quotes” to real-time inventory data. Decreased lead time from 8 weeks to 2 weeks for traditional OOH ads. Standardized contract terms with hundreds of media vendors. Expanded offering beyond OOH ads to other ad formats and services. Produced forecast and budget, reported actuals to board of directors.

Director of Marketing 06/17 - 09/20

Co-invented and launched BillboardsIn.com, the largest marketplace for buying OOH ads. BillboardsIn.com signs up ~150-200 new local advertisers per day, 70% from organic search. 

Built automation to handle:

  • sanitizing user data

  • validating phone and email data

  • multi-variable lead scoring and assignment logic

  • branching personalized marketing campaigns via email and SMS

  • tasking sales/ops/fulfillment within CRM

  • cloud-based agent phones and SMS

  • NPS and user feedback

  • re-engagement and re-assignment of stale leads

  • KPI measurement and reporting.

My boss became CEO (usually a sign you’ve done well).

Marketing Manager 11/15 - 06/17

Headed up marketing for DOmedia, largest adtech player in OOH media space.

  • Helped grow DOmedia supplier engagement to over 1M media assets, primarily through owned and earned media.

  • Helped grow DOmedia enterprise agency SaaS business from $300M - $2B (4 out of 7 largest US agencies).

  • Implemented measurement tools for gathering and leveraging user data.

 Instructed undergraduates at the EW Scripps School of Journalism in integrated marketing strategy (senior / capstone) and creative concept development.

Created and executed owned and earned media strategies. Clients included Hartzell Propeller, Goodwill, CareSource and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Founder & President, FLARE Code • 11/09 - 05/13

Founded augmented reality tech startup while an undergrad at Ohio University after winning university innovation competition. Accepted into Ohio State University’s TechStars-affiliated accelerator. Raised $250k investment, built amazing tech, executed incredible projects for some very cool non-profits, gained a lifetime of experience, did not become permanently wealthy. C’est la vie!
